When the client first approached Man2Web, she was a home-maker with no business background, no online presence and no clarity on where to begin. She wanted to start something of her own but had no idea what she was good at or which direction to pursue. Through a series of user-profiling conversations, we discovered she had a natural talent for cooking but lacked the resources, the branding knowledge and the operational setup needed to turn that skill into a real business. Traditional restaurant models required high investment, licensing, staffing and risk, none of which were feasible for her.
Privacy was also a major concern. She was uncomfortable showing her face, creating content or becoming the visible identity behind a brand, which ruled out many conventional food-business approaches that rely on personal visibility.
